This doesn’t mean we are more expensive, it just means we care about building service. We also, know that our business and performance isdirectly connected to each and every resident. We will gladly put our company up to any other and prove that Nassau is better.
Our philosophy
Simply put, to do a better job than anyone else, treat everyone with respect, and deal with customers and suppliers who follow our ethical code while protecting human rights and the environment. This may sound pricey but you will find that our pricing is comparable. So, it comes down to the job we do and ethics. We know that when companies are faced with the choice, we will win their business.
It’s our founders’ vision to conduct business not based solely on price (we will remain competative) but to do a better job and never have to compromise our values or morals. The days of business as impersonal profit-making machines are over. We like profits but we have made a commitment not to put profits above ethics.
